Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Specialist to drive Joint Replacement sales in the Maidenhead area. You will build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and deliver on ambitious targets while promoting Stryker's leadership in orthopaedics.

The role emphasizes theatre engagement, product expertise through JR101 and JR201 training, and collaboration across franchises to maximise customer value and market growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally in medical sales.
• Commercial acumen and awareness of budgeting and costs in theatres.
• Computer skills, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Joint Replacement products; exceed sales targets.
• Maximise current Joint Replacement business by meeting customers and planning opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential customers; meet hip/knee replacement surgeons within 6 months.
• Become a product expert; pass JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures; train theatre staff as needed.
• Research and execute territory-specific business plan aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrate continuous development via an Individual Development Plan (IDP) each year.
• Proactively seek cross-franchise collaboration with other Stryker colleagues.
