Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement to cover Bristol, Bath and Taunton. You will drive sales growth by building relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, delivering product value and executing territory plans.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in medical sales, strong presentation and IT skills, and a track record of exceeding targets. The role offers field-based work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally in medical sales.
Commercial acumen with awareness of budgets for theatres and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office with ability to deliver effective presentations.
Clear communicator who builds rapport and develops business plans with daily/weekly objectives.

Responsibilities

Outperform the market and exceed sales targets in the territory.
Maximise Joint Replacement business with existing customers and develop challenges/opportunities.
Develop relationships with potential customers via presentations on Stryker products and benefits.
Become a product expert by completing JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
Lead theatre joint replacement procedures and provide staff training as needed.
Create and execute a territory-specific business plan aligned to corporate goals.
Maintain an Individual Development Plan and seek cross-franchise collaboration.
