Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement covering Bristol, Bath & Taunton. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, while driving territory growth and exceeding sales targets.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge (JR101, JR201) and spend time in theatre training staff and customers. Strong presentation and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience; medical sales preferred.
• Orthopaedic experience a bonus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop business plans and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and exceed sales targets for Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers and develop a territory plan addressing challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers via presentations and discussions on Stryker benefits.
• Pass JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months to build portfolio knowledge.
• Spend time in theatre with customers and deliver staff training as needed.
• Create a territory-specific business plan aligned to corporate aims with clear measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an ongoing IDP and seek cross-franchise collaboration.
