Stryker UK is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement covering Bristol, Bath and Taunton. This field-based role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales targets by building strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and payers.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in medical sales, solid orthopaedics knowledge, and the ability to travel across the territory. The position offers development opportunities, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Experience in medical sales preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget awareness.
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and build relationships with surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers and develop a plan to exploit opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new customers through presentations and discussions.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and deliver staff training.
• Create a territory business plan aligned to corporate aims.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan annually.
• Collaborate cross-franchise to maximise opportunities.
