Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement covering Bristol, Bath & Taunton. You will drive sales, build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and lead theatre-based training and demonstrations in a field-based role across multiple sites.

You will become a product expert, complete JR101/ JR201 courses, and develop a territory plan to exceed targets. Expect travel up to 70% as part of the role and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience; medical sales preferred.
• Knowledge of budgetary and cost issues in theatres/surgical procedures.
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share in Joint Replacement.
• Meet existing customers and develop business plans for opportunities.
• Build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers to expand territory.
• Spend time in theatres delivering staff training and demonstrations.
• Create a territory business plan aligned to strategic aims and track measurable outcomes.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and pursue cross-franchise collaboration.
