Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience is essential, ideally within medical sales (joint replacement would be a bonus).
• Commercial acumen and cost awareness in theatres and surgical procedures.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, capable of effective presentations and workshops training.
• Clear, effective communicator with ability to build rapid relationships with hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market – gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory and exceed sales targets.
• Maximise current Joint Replacement business – meet existing customers and develop plans to meet challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations; meet hip/knee surgeons in territory within six months.
• Become a product expert – complete JR101 within six weeks and JR201 within twelve months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures – train staff and support in theatres as needed.
• Develop territory-specific business plans aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Pursue cross-franchise collaboration to optimize opportunities and customer relationships.
