Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
• Strong desire to grow your own client base and develop long-term relationships with farming clients.
• Previous experience in agriculture delivering solutions to farming clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with farm businesses to deliver advisory services and business support.
• Independently visit farmers to provide tailored individual advice.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and company-wide events.
