Job summary

Overview

Creative Support is looking for a warm, caring and motivated Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. Belle Vue Grove is a Supported Living Service in Middlesbrough, Cleveland providing person‑centred support to service users who have a learning disability and mental health support needs, so that they can experience a wide range of opportunities to follow their passions and enjoy every day to the fullest!

Responsibilities
  • Provide person‑centred care and support to service users residing in their own flat.
  • Assist with all aspects of everyday life, enabling participation in a wide range of activities.
  • Demonstrate skills in positive communication and engagement.
  • Show unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
Qualifications & Training

No previous care experience is needed. Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy, and you will have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
