Overview
I am a woman who has existing mental health problems which have worsened due to a brain injury. I often use walking aids and frames to help aid me in my walking if I am in a lot of pain. I love spending time relaxing in the garden but can feel uncomfortable being on my own. I live with arthritis in my spine and herniated discs which can make it difficult to dress lower half. I enjoy crafting and making things however due to nerve damage on my hands this can be a challenge. I have a dog, adult cat and 2 kittens who are litter trained.
