Overview

Female Support Worker — Full-Time in Stevenage, GB (Vincent Place, Glenholme Healthcare). Location: Glenholme, Vincent Place, Stevenage, SG1 3AT. Hours: Full-Time Positions – up to 37.5 hours per week. Pay: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour + paid training + excellent benefits.

Please note: Due to the needs of the service and its residents, this role is open to experienced female applicants only.

The Role – What You’ll Do as a Waking Night Support Worker
  • Provide companionship and reassurance throughout the night
  • Support with personal care and wellbeing needs
  • Promote independence and encourage individual routines
  • Safely manage and administer medication
  • Ensure residents feel secure, comfortable, and supported overnight
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a care or support role but not essential
  • Compassion, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Willingness to work waking night shifts
  • An Enhanced DBS check (required – we’ll guide you through this process)
