A UK charity organization based in Aylesbury is seeking a Full-Time Support Worker. The role involves providing personalized care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be given, including achieving a Care Certificate. Candidates should ideally hold a UK driving license and be flexible with shift patterns, including weekends. We provide personalised, around-the-clock care for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs – helping them live happy, safe and independent lives in their own home. No experience, no problem! We will give you full training and help you achieve your Care Certificate.
We have three ladies who require support, who live in supported living. Age ranges from 58-71, varying levels of abilities. All 3 have a learning disability, to include personal care and wheelchair assistance. Activities include trips out, bingo, theatre, walks, movies, garden centres etc.
No two days are ever the same – you’ll be making a real difference while building genuine connection and support.
