Set in the stunning Gloucestershire countryside, is a proudly independent, farm only veterinary practice seeking an enthusiastic and professional Farm Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. With 12 vets, 6 dedicated TB testers, and a lively team of 35, this busy and forward thinking practice is committed to delivering practical, high quality veterinary care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

The practice operates a cutting edge bovine IVF and embryo transfer facility and serves as a teaching practice for veterinary students from Bristol and Nottingham universities. At the heart of the practice is a spacious communal vets’ office—a hub for discussing cases, sharing ideas, and unwinding after a busy day. Teamwork, initiative, and a sense of humour are at the centre of Tyndale’s ethos, and clinical freedom is encouraged so you can pursue your areas of interest while contributing to the practice’s ongoing innovation.

This permanent role offers a diverse and engaging caseload, including dairy cattle and goats, beef, sheep, camelids, deer, and smallholders. While you will work across all species, the practice is committed to shaping the role around your particular strengths and interests, providing an opportunity to grow professionally and make a real impact.
