An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join my clients highly regarded firm in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.

Role Overview

You will manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion with support from our established team. This role would be suited to a candidate who is NQ-2 Years PQE.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients in relation to Divorce, Children, Financial Remedy and Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
• Drafting court documents including divorce petitions, statements, Children Act applications, Financial remedy documentation, warning letters and general correspondence.
• Preparing cases for court hearings, including trial bundles and briefing counsel as required.
• Family Mediation
