A leading legal recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Family Solicitor to manage a client base and supervise junior colleagues. The role requires 2-5 years of PQE with strong skills in handling matters independently and experience with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate should demonstrate ambition and a passion for modern family law approaches. Working Hours: Full-time
Manage your own client base and contribute to the continued development of the department.
Handle your own matters and inherit an existing caseload, while playing an active role in developing new work, with strong support from the wider team.
Supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development activities.
2-5 years' PQE and proven experience in handling your own matters.
Ambitious, commercially aware, and passionate about modern approaches to family law.
Experience with high-net-worth clients or complex matters is highly valued.
Enthusiasm for non-court dispute resolution, with mediation or collaborative training preferred.
Membership of Resolution, excellent client service, strong communication skills, confidence working independently, and the ability to supervise junior colleagues.
Progressive team environment.
Work across all areas of private family law including divorce, financial matters, children disputes, and proactive family agreements.
