Family Solicitor – Norwich

The Role:

This is an exciting chance for a FamilySolicitor with 2+ years PQE to work alongside a market-leading family law team. You’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including financial settlements and children-related work, while building strong client relationships and developing your own caseload over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements and children matters
• Supporting senior team members on complex cases
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and other stakeholders
• Demonstrating initiative and excellent time management to meet client needs efficiently

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in family law, ideally gained at a large regional or City firm
• Excellent academic record and a passion for family law
• Strong drafting and research skills with a high level of written English
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Ambitious, self-motivated and keen to provide a first-class service
• A proactive, team-focused approach with excellent organisation and documentation management
• High level of IT literacy and adaptability
