Qualifications

• At least 2 years PQE in Family Law (applications from NQ with 2 years’ family law experience also considered).
• Good knowledge of public funding regulations and LAA procedures.
• Law Society Family Law Panel and/or Resolution accreditation (or willingness to work towards accreditation).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in divorce and finance cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, statements, and pleadings.
• Attend client conferences, hearings and conferences with counsel.
