Overview

Family Help Delivery Manager (Social Worker) – Wolverhampton, UK. Earning £29.93 hourly for three months. We are seeking a proactive individual to manage a staff team and oversee complex caseloads within Children’s Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team within Family Help, ensuring high-quality casework that supports the independence, wellbeing, and security of individuals and families.
• Act as the Family Help Lead Practitioner for any casework you are allocated.
• Assist the Partnership Manager and fulfil their responsibilities in their absence as needed.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative strategies to help families achieve sustainable change.
• Ensure procedures relating to safeguarding and child protection are adhered to rigorously.
• Conduct regular case file audits and produce reports that comply with procedural and legislative requirements.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary management team to provide a fully integrated service for children and families.
• Contribute to the strategic and operational development of the Family Hub, including oversight of data collation and analysis to identify service priorities and outcomes.
