Job summary

A community service organization in North Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated individual for front-of-house leadership. The successful candidate will manage reception, build relationships with families, and provide essential support services. A Level 3 qualification in childcare or an equivalent is required, along with strong communication skills and experience in a customer service role. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for families.
• Lead the management of reception and front-of-house area.
• Ensure compliance with safety and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain the centre calendar and database.

Education
