Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the safety and welfare of children is at the heart of all assessments and interventions.

Observe, supervise, record, and assess family interactions, child behaviour, and parental capacity.

Deliver a respectful and strength-based service , valuing each familys experiences and background.

Work closely with managers and other professionals to support family progress and ensure high-quality practice.

Challenge and teach parenting practices sensitively and appropriately.

Participate in team meetings, training, and professional supervision.

Maintain accurate, timely records in line with organisational standards.

Support with general childcare duties and day-to-day centre operations.

Requirements :

Minimum 6 months experience in the UK in a relevant setting (social care, SEN, NHS, teaching assistant, or care home).

Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.

Compassionate, patient, and committed to promoting positive outcomes for children and families.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

A driving licence is not essential .

Shift Pattern :

4-week rolling rota, working a mix of :

7 : 30am

3 : 00pm

2 : 30pm

10 : 00pm
