Family Adventures Planner- Entry Level

As a Family Adventures Planner you will be responsible for designing and organizing exciting and memorable travel experiences for families. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating enriching experiences that cater to the needs and interests of families with children of varying ages.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Communicate with families to understand their interests, preferences and goals for the trip.
• Itinerary Design: Develop personalized travel itineraries that incorporate a variety of activities and attractions suitable for families. This may include outdoor adventures, cultural experiences, theme parks, educational tours, beach outings and more.
• Destination Research: Stay updated on family-friendly destinations, attractions and accommodations worldwide.
• Accommodation Booking: Identify and book family-friendly accommodations that offer suitable amenities and services for children, such as spacious rooms, cribs, babysitting services, kids clubs and recreational facilities.
• Transportation Arrangements: Coordinate transportation options that are convenient and comfortable for families, considering proximity to attractions, child safety seats, stroller rentals and family-friendly transportation services.
• Entertainment and Recreation: Organize entertainment and recreational activities to keep children engaged and entertained throughout the trip. This may include visits to amusement parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, playgrounds and family-friendly attractions.
