About The Role

Join Us as a Faculty Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: London or Birmingham

Working Style: Hybrid (1 day per week on campus)

Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity cover

We’re looking for a Faculty Administrator to provide vital academic administration support and help keep our programmes running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide efficient administrative support for Business and Computing programmes.
  • Act as the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Champion, supporting and training academic teams.
  • Coordinate key academic processes including mark input, moderation packs, and Examination Board preparation.
  • Manage resit and retake processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Support academic misconduct processes and student queries.
  • Collaborate with academic teams and university partners to ensure seamless operations.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong administration experience—ideally within the education sector, or excellent transferable skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex workloads and meet deadlines.
