Factory Worker – Assembly Technician

Edenbridge – Accessible via public transport

Monday to Friday, NO Weekends – Various shifts available

No previous industry experience required – full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing day to day
  • Assisting with the assembly of electronic components and systems
  • Learning to solder and wire
  • Fitting components into enclosures and sub‑assemblies
  • Supporting quality checks and inspections on completed assemblies
  • Following technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace and documenting completed work
  • Developing your technical skills through on‑the‑job mentoring and training
