Factory Manager - Croydon. Lead a growing team in a fast-paced food production environment. We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join a thriving food business in Croydon. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and ensure high standards are consistently met
• Manage and motivate a team of production operatives
• Monitor line performance to hit daily targets
• Maintain compliance with BRC, HACCP, and Health & Safety standards
• Oversee setup, operation, and cleaning of salad washing and packaging machinery
• Accurately record production data, downtime, and shift reports
• Troubleshoot technical and staffing issues as they arise
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Deliver clear pre- and post-shift handovers
• Support training and development across your team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste

• Proven experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing
• Supervisory or leadership background is essential
• Knowledge of food safety, BRC, and hygiene protocols
• Hands-on experience with automated production lines
• Strong communicator with team management skills
• Computer literate with good reporting ability
