Are you an experienced Facilities Manager?

Do you have previous engineering experience?

If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who are looking for a Facilties Manager to join their team located in Cambridge or Colchester on a 3-month contract basis paying £230 per day (PAYE) or £305.44 (umbrella rate).

Key Accountabilities
  • Help manage the day-to-day activity of the facilities management helpdesk and term maintenance contractors.
  • Management of Property contracts, ensuring activity is performed to prescribed technical, environmental and safety standards and that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
  • To adhere to the ISO 55001 Asset Management System & Annual Accreditations Standard.
  • Assist in maintaining the mechanical and electrical and the fabric elements of the estate in compliance with corporate, statutory, health and safety policies, regulations, and procedures, through rigorous contract management.
  • Identifying Faults and Auditing stations when on site.
  • Ensure facilities contract administration is effectively delivered within the company’s asset management reporting system.
  • Being able to project manage small projects from start to finish while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Support the Asset Management team in the analysis of trends and optimisation of asset maintenance policy.
