Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an On-site Scheduler in Cheshire, GBR. You will manage end-to-end work orders across a large portfolio, keeping CAFM records up to date and ensuring compliance with SLA targets.

The role involves coordinating planned and reactive services, supporting procurement, and building strong supplier relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality facilities management services in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work order management, scheduling, or mobile resource planning experience; FM experience is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating service delivery within a mobile field-force or subcontractor environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Calm, organized and resilient under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage work orders end-to-end, coordinating planned and reactive services across a large portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CAFM records to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor, action, and escalate work orders to meet SLA and performance targets.
