Job summary

Confidential Basildon-based facilities maintenance team is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Scheduler / Coordinator to manage day-to-day maintenance across client portfolios, coordinating engineers and keeping commercial properties running smoothly.

You will open, book and close jobs through client portals and CAFM systems, update clients on progress and help deliver a high standard of service to your commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property maintenance or building services.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks across client portfolios.
• Comfort working with clients and engineers in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
• Coordinate engineers, contractors and appointments.
• Open, book and close jobs via client portals and CAFM systems.
• Update clients and keep them informed of progress.
• Support the Helpdesk Manager and wider team.
