Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in work order / scheduling / mobile resource planning environment.
• Experience coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force.
• Experience with customer SLAs and performance targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end work order management and planning.
• Record information to resolve service requests and incidents.
• Monitor, action and escalate work orders to meet SLAs.
• Procure services from external partners and manage PO delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of Maximo, scheduling systems and FM services.
• Share updates with the team and stakeholders.
• Support contracts and initiatives as needed.
• Handle customer issues per the Complaint process.
