Job summary

JLL is seeking a facilities professional to manage work orders for a diverse portfolio on-site in Cheshire. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating services, and keeping CAFM records up to date to ensure efficiency and compliance.

You will monitor performance against SLAs, work with external suppliers, and support procurement while developing new skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in work order management, scheduling or field-service coordination.
• Strong customer service orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CAFM or equivalent facilities management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end work orders across a large, varied portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CAFM records to support operations and compliance.
• Monitor SLAs, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Liaise with external suppliers and support procurement of services.
• Contribute to process improvements and system knowledge of CAFM.
