Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Workplace Experience Leader for Brooklands and UK South to lead FM/PM delivery, forecast and budget support, and soft services including Meeting Service, Cleaning, and Mailroom operations.

You will manage a high-quality team, ensure client satisfaction, and drive contract performance while maintaining a safe workplace. The role emphasizes hospitality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a (Facilities related) Management position in a high demanding and international customer environment.
• Proven track record of Human Experience improvement and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in FM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for operational team.
• Mentor & enable training & development of team members.
• Foster a team working environment.
• Strive to "delight" the Client in all aspects of service delivery.
• Interact with HR representatives and on site client personnel to discuss on-going service delivery and planning.
• Ensure that all contracts at the site are delivering the required service at the correct cost.
• Work with Regional and Global Purchasing to implement Regional/Global sourcing strategies.
• Act as single point of contact for the contract partners and assure regular follow up of day-to-day business.
• Deliver services as defined in the Master Agreement schedules; report KPIs and targets.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and financial target reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and innovative processes to improve service and reduce costs.
