Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead a high-quality workplace services team on-site. You will drive strategy for modern workplace programs, guest services, events, and building operations to deliver exceptional service for a major financial services client.

You will manage contracts, budgets and risk, mentor staff, and partner with stakeholders across the account to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Facilities Management or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex service delivery.
• Financial management experience including budgets and forecasting.
• Degree in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline (IWFM/RICS beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-quality workplace service team across reception and operations.
• Develop and implement modern workplace programs to enhance employee experience.
• Oversee front of house, guest services, events, and site activations.
• Manage building operations, maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Monitor contracts and supplier performance; ensure budget adherence.
• Provide regular reporting and stakeholder communications.
