Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a London-based Workplace Experience & Operations Lead. You will oversee integrated delivery of workplace experience and day-to-day operations across the London portfolio, leading teams and service partners to deliver outstanding colleague, client, and visitor experiences.

You will act as a SME for Workplace Experience, driving modern programmes, managing contracts, and ensuring safety, risk, and financial governance.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Facilities Management, Property/Building Operations or Workplace Experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing complex service delivery.
• Financial management experience including budgets, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-quality, motivated team across workplace experience, front of house and operations.
• Drive a service excellence culture with continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members with regular feedback and objectives.
• Develop and implement modern workplace programmes to improve employee experience in London.
• Act as SME for Workplace Experience and SOP development to support account targets.
• Oversee visitor care, reception standards and guest touchpoints across site.
• Coordinate end-to-end events with cross-team collaboration and post-event follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day building operations and oversee maintenance schedules.
