Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Central London is seeking an experienced Workplace Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and hard FM services in a prestigious workplace environment. You will be the face of the building, building relationships with clients, customers, and partners while ensuring the environment consistently exceeds expectations.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive continuous improvements, and develop on-site teams to deliver outstanding service and safe,

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering hard and soft FM services, esp. cleaning and maintenance.
• Experience in hospitality or premium customer environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily delivery of workplace facilities services, including cleaning and hard FM.
• Act as the visible host and ambassador for the building, engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with client representatives and serve as their go-to contact.
• Create a culture of service excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and drive improvements.
• Manage specialist service partners and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Own health, safety, compliance and operational risk management.
• Respond quickly to issues with informed decisions in the client’s best interests.
• Analyse operational data and feedback to measure success and drive changes.
