Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a London Lead for Workplace Experience & Operations to oversee the London portfolio, leading on-site teams, guest services, and building operations to deliver exceptional service.

You will shape workplace strategies, manage contracts and suppliers, drive risk and financial governance, and partner with client stakeholders to sustain high standards in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Workplace Experience.
• Experience leading teams delivering complex service delivery in a high-visibility environment.
• Financial management: budgets, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and sustain a high-quality team across workplace experience, front of house and operations.
• Develop and implement modern workplace programmes to improve employee experience.
• Oversee reception/guest services, events, and VIP activity.
• Manage building operations, PM schedules, safety procedures and business continuity.
• Lead contracts, suppliers and service partners; ensure joined-up delivery.
• Drive financial targets, billing and reporting to client and internal stakeholders.
• Promote risk, compliance and governance across the site.
• Champion technology, automation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide management reports and maintain strong client relationships.
• Remain flexible to support cross-site projects and critical operations.
