Duration: Interim Contract

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join a dynamic organisation on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on professional who can ensure the smooth running of facilities operations and deliver exceptional service during a critical period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management across multiple sites.
  • Manage building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Respond promptly to any facilities‑related issues and emergencies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management within a commercial or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, H&S regulations, and building services.
