Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in distribution planning and order scheduling.
• Experience in leading and coaching team members.
• Understanding of ISO quality plans and Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Scheduling and Supply Chain teams for improvement in distribution.
• Ensure compliance with site safety culture.
• Monitor distribution for timely delivery and resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee the Site Supervisor and manage HR topics.
