We are seeking a results-focused Contract Manager to take ownership of a key contract, ensuring robust financial management, validating supplier and subcontractor invoices, and supporting our client with innovation that fuels sustainable growth and profitability. Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, enhancing financial governance, and strengthening client partnerships. As Contract Manager, you will oversee services delivering IFM solutions with a strong focus on financial stewardship. You will ensure all commercial elements of the contract are effectively managed, invoices are validated, and budgets are consistently achieved or exceeded. Beyond compliance and service delivery, you will proactively identify innovations and efficiency opportunities that improve client outcomes, enhance profitability, and support long-term contract growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong commercial and financial leadership of the contract, ensuring all invoicing, validation, and budget processes are accurate, transparent, and timely.

Drive profitability by monitoring and challenging financial performance, identifying cost efficiencies, and developing innovative service solutions.

Build trusted client relationships by providing clear financial insight, value-added reporting, and strategic support for their workplace objectives.

Lead and inspire the onsite FM team to deliver high-quality services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

Ensure full contractual compliance, statutory adherence, and proactive management of third-party suppliers.

Produce robust monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and performance reports, with clear recommendations to drive improvement.

Support business development opportunities through innovative proposals, cost modelling, and strong financial governance.

Oversee labour strategies, HSE compliance, and business continuity planning with a commercial mindset.

About You

3+ years’ senior-level experience managing IFM contracts with strong financial accountability.

Demonstrated experience in invoice validation, budget control, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Proven ability to identify and implement innovations that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.

Strong leadership skills with a commercial focus and the ability to influence at all levels.

Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.

Track record in change management, contract growth, and continuous improvement.

Sound knowledge of workplace strategies and corporate FM environments.

IWFM qualification or equivalent (or working towards).
