Fabric Technician FM Service Provider Commercial Campus London up to £35,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to be based in a prestigious Commercial Campus based in London. This Campus has amazing facilities such as - on-site restaurants for when you are hungry, great cafes to grab a hot drink and much more. They have bike racks on-site for when you want to cycle into work, and parking as well. The site is a short walk from Warren Street underground station and Euston station.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Maintenance.

Key duties & responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of building fabric across the campus.
• Undertake general repairs such as carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, painting, and minor decorating works.
• Inspect and maintain doors, windows, locks, floors, ceilings, and fixtures to ensure buildings remain safe, secure, and presentable.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and fault reports, prioritising works to minimise disruption to the appropriate person.
