Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel team. You will welcome guests, replenish buffet items, and ensure service quality and presentation throughout shifts.

As part of a collaborative team, you will support reception to deliver a seamless guest experience, uphold hygiene standards, and adapt to peak times with energy and care.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service
• Look after & replenish the buffet, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well- organised space.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies, as well as cleaning the kitchen
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.

• Work closely with reception, aiming to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease. Multitasking skills are essential.
