Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a guest-focused Food & Beverage team member to join our hotel in a fast-paced setting. You will welcome guests, assist with buffet service, and ensure high standards of presentation and timing across service areas.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service
• Look after & replenish the buffet, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised space.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies, as well as cleaning the kitchen

• Work closely with reception, aiming to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
