RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel operations in the United Kingdom. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, inviting dining space.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests and ensuring fulfilment.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

What you'll be doing...

• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
