Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to join our Glasgow hotel team. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with care, while maintaining a clean and inviting dining space.

Previous F&B service helps, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, ensuring an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, keeping a welcoming dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.
