Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member for our hotel in Glasgow. You will deliver friendly, efficient service to guests, take orders, and support colleagues across front-of-house operations.

The role suits a proactive team player who thrives in a busy dining environment, enjoys variety from bar to dining room, and is committed to high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
