Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly hotel guest services professional to provide attentive front-of-house service. You will welcome guests, manage buffet replenishment, and ensure special requests are fulfilled while maintaining presentation and timing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Look after and replenish the buffet, noting and fulfilling special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas in a welcoming space.
• Assist with inventory/restocking and kitchen cleaning.
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards for a spotless workspace.
• Work closely with reception to deliver seamless service and team collaboration.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service

• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised space.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies, as well as cleaning the kitchen
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.

• Work closely with reception, aiming to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
