Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is hiring a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel in Leeds. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining presentation standards and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, creating an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a spotless workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.

• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
