Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to greet guests, replenish buffets, and serve with care at our hotel. You will work closely with reception to ensure a seamless service and maintain high presentation during peak hours.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service
• Look after & replenish the buffet, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well- organised space.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies, as well as cleaning the kitchen
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.

• Work closely with reception, aiming to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
