RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a friendly F&B Team Member to welcome guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain a high standard of presentation. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service across peak times.

• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with reception for seamless service

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service
• Look after & replenish the buffet, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised space.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies, as well as cleaning the kitchen
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with reception, aiming to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling peak times with ease. Multitasking skills are essential.
