Overview

Food and Beverage Assistant, One Devonshire Gardens – Glasgow

Salary: Up to £12.30 per hour + Tronc • Hours: 16 per week • Location: One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow

One Devonshire Gardens is a tree-lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow, with a reputation for service, style and fine dining. The role supports the smooth running of events, works with the Food & Beverage team and maintains high standards in our 3 AA Rosette restaurant. The business is open 7 days a week and offers a range of shifts.

We foster a culture of hospitality and welcome candidates who are passionate about food, wine and guest experiences. Training opportunities and internal progression are encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth running of events and day-to-day F&B operations
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant management to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Maintain standards within a high-profile, 3 AA Rosette dining environment
  • Communicate effectively to ensure guest needs are met and service flows smoothly
Qualifications and Skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Knowledge of food, wine and beverages is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
