Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Primary School based in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS department. This is a full-time role starting in January until the end of the academic year.

About the role:
  • Start-date: 5th January
  • Until the end of the academic year

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with students who require additional learning/behavioural support. This may include 1-1 and small group intervention. Working closely with the Class Teachers, you will identify students who require this support and create individualised plans; providing updates for parents/carers when necessary.

What we’re looking for:
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
  • Experience working with Nursery/EYFS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
