Teaching Personnel are seeking a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Blackpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development during their formative years.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time position starting February 2026
  • Covering a full maternity leave for one academic year
  • Working within a mainstream primary EYFS setting
  • Includes management responsibilities within the EYFS team
  • Supporting high-quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS framework
Requirements
  • Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in an EYFS setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
  • Ability to lead and manage staff effectively within the EYFS provision
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
