Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that focus pupils on class work and engage them in school.
• Have an excellent understanding of the Early Years curriculum and adapt this to varying ability levels in the class.
• Be confident and effective in planning and delivering tailored lessons to ensure progression is being made by all pupils, with a key focus on Phonics.
